Japanese Tartare Recipe
A simple and delicious Japanese-style tuna tartare.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g fresh tuna, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mirin
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 avocado, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, mirin, shallot, ginger, and chives.
Add the diced tuna and avocado to the bowl and gently mix until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
