Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup mirin
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 piece green onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake in a bowl.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken until browned.
Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until thickened.
Serve chicken over rice, garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
