Japanese Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

- 4 fillets Salmon
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Place salmon fillets in the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and let it simmer until it thickens.
Serve the salmon with the teriyaki sauce drizzled over the top.
