  • 200 ml Heavy Cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone Cheese
  • 100 ml Strong Brewed Matcha Tea
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pack Ladyfingers
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha Powder for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in brewed matcha tea and layer them in a baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers and finish with a dusting of matcha powder.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
