  • 400 g Firm tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, grated carrot, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. 4. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
