Japanese Tofu Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
4. Pour the dressing over the tofu and vegetables. Toss gently to combine.
5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
