Yuba, or tofu skin, is a versatile ingredient in Japanese cuisine. It's made from the thin layer that forms on the surface of heated soy milk.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Soy Milk unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1. Pour soy milk into a pot and heat over medium heat.
2. As the soy milk heats, a skin will form on the surface. Use a slotted spoon to gently lift the skin off and place it on a plate.
3. Repeat the process until you have enough yuba.
4. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil before serving.
