Ingredients

  • 4 cups Soy Milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pour soy milk into a pot and heat over medium heat.
  2. 2. As the soy milk heats, a skin will form on the surface. Use a slotted spoon to gently lift the skin off and place it on a plate.
  3. 3. Repeat the process until you have enough yuba.
  4. 4. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil before serving.
