  • 4 Tomatoes medium-sized, ripe
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  2. 2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the tomato wedges and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve warm.
