- 4 large Tomatoes sliced

- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
1. Slice the tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil.
3. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and toss gently to coat.
4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
