Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
Add chopped tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and miso paste.
Blend the soup until smooth.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
