Marinade Ingredients
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Grated Garlic
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
- 4 pieces Tuna Steaks
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, grated ginger, grated garlic, and chopped green onions. Whisk together until well combined.
Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the tuna, ensuring each piece is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Remove tuna from the marinade and cook as desired. Grill, sear, or bake the tuna to your preferred doneness.
