Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
  • 4 pieces Tuna Steaks

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, grated ginger, grated garlic, and chopped green onions. Whisk together until well combined.
  2. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the tuna, ensuring each piece is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  3. Remove tuna from the marinade and cook as desired. Grill, sear, or bake the tuna to your preferred doneness.
