  • 2 fillets Tuna fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. 2. Marinate the tuna fillets in the mixture for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the tuna fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
