  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Place the tuna steaks in the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. 4. Grill the tuna steaks for about 3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
