Ingredients

  • 1 kg Turkey Breast
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Place the turkey breast in the baking dish and pour the mixture over it, ensuring it's well coated.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
