  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  2. 2. In a pan, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the turnips and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Serve hot.
