Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Udon noodles
  • 1 L Water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dashi powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mirin
  • 1 Green onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. 2. Add udon noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. 3. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water.
  4. 4. In the same pot, add water, soy sauce, dashi powder, and mirin. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add noodles back into the pot and heat through.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion.
