Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the julienned carrot, sliced onion, and chopped green beans.
  2. 2. Add the all-purpose flour and salt to the vegetables and mix well.
  3. 3. Gradually add cold water to the mixture, stirring until the batter is well combined.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Scoop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
  6. 6. Fry the fritters until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. 8. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
