Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 Carrot sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
