Japanese Vegetable Salad
A refreshing and healthy Japanese vegetable salad with a tangy dressing.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrot, julienned
- 1 cup Daikon radish, julienned
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Add cucumber, carrot, and daikon radish to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with dressing.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
