  • ½ cup Mirin
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, and sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add grated ginger and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve with your favorite dishes.
