Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas) chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
