Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large Carrot sliced thinly
  • 1 large Potato diced
  • 1 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bunch Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add a little oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  3. 3. Add the carrots, potatoes, and cabbage. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Stir in soy sauce and green onions. Serve hot.
