  • 3 cups Bread flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Milk warm
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. 2. Add the warm milk and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Add the softened butter and knead until fully incorporated.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
  7. 7. Cover and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
