- 3 cups Bread flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Instant yeast
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 1 tablespoon Butter softened
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
2. Add the warm milk and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Add the softened butter and knead until fully incorporated.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
7. Cover and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
