- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add the onions, carrots, and potatoes. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.
4. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well to coat.
5. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
6. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer. Cook until the stew thickens.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
