Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken wings split and tips removed
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- ¼ cup Sake
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Grated garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
