Ingredients 

Wontons

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 24 pieces Wonton Wrappers

Soup

  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cups Bok Choy, chopped
  • 2 pieces Green Onions, sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Gently add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the top.
  5. Add bok choy and green onions. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
