Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Wood Ear Mushrooms soaked and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the soaked and sliced wood ear mushrooms to the pan.
  4. 4. Stir in the soy sauce and sugar, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. 5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
