Ingredients

  • 500 g Bread flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 7 g Yeast
  • 300 ml Water Warm
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 30 g Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. 2. Add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Add the sugar and softened butter, and continue to knead until fully incorporated.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. 7. Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it on a baking tray.
  8. 8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. 9. Let the bread cool before slicing.
