Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and cooled
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 lb Yellowtail Fish sliced thinly
  • 1 sheet Nori cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce for serving
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. 2. Mix the rice vinegar into the cooled sushi rice.
  3. 3. Place a slice of yellowtail on top of a small ball of sushi rice.
  4. 4. Wrap a strip of nori around the sushi to secure the fish to the rice.
  5. 5. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
