Japanese Yellowtail Sushi

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and cooled
- ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 lb Yellowtail Fish sliced thinly
- 1 sheet Nori cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce for serving
- 1 teaspoon Wasabi for serving
1. Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. Mix the rice vinegar into the cooled sushi rice.
3. Place a slice of yellowtail on top of a small ball of sushi rice.
4. Wrap a strip of nori around the sushi to secure the fish to the rice.
5. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
