Japanese Yogurt Cake

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
 - 1 cup Sugar
 - 3 Eggs
 - 1 cup Flour
 - 1 teaspoon Baking powder
 - ½ cup Vegetable oil
 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
 
 
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, and mix until just combined.
Stir in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
