Japanese Yuzu Dressing Recipe

- ¼ cup Yuzu juice
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
In a mixing bowl, combine yuzu juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar.
Add sesame oil and grated ginger. Whisk until well combined.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
