A refreshing and tangy juice made from Japanese yuzu fruit.

- 4 pieces Yuzu fruits fresh
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Honey or to taste
1. Cut the yuzu fruits in half and juice them using a juicer.
2. Strain the juice into a bowl to remove seeds and pulp.
3. Add water and honey to the yuzu juice and mix well.
4. Serve chilled or over ice.
