A refreshing and aromatic tea made with yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoon Yuzu Marmalade
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
Boil the water in a kettle.
Place yuzu marmalade in a teapot.
Pour the boiling water over the yuzu marmalade.
Stir well to dissolve the marmalade.
Add honey if desired and stir again.
Pour the tea into cups and serve hot.
