Japanese Zucchini Recipe
A simple and delicious Japanese-inspired zucchini dish.

Main Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini sliced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add sliced zucchini and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
