Ingredients

  • 200 g Crab sticks (kani) shredded
  • 1 large Cucumber julienned
  • 1 medium Carrot julienned
  • ½ cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded crab sticks, julienned cucumber, and carrot.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Japanese mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the crab and vegetable mixture. Toss until everything is well coated.
  4. 4. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
