A simple and refreshing Japanese dessert made from agar-agar.

Main Ingredients
- 2 g Agar-agar powder
- 500 ml Water
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. In a saucepan, combine agar-agar powder and water. Stir well.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Stir well.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool to room temperature.
6. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
7. Cut into desired shapes and serve chilled.
