Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 g Agar-agar powder
  • 500 ml Water
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine agar-agar powder and water. Stir well.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Stir well.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool to room temperature.
  6. 6. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  7. 7. Cut into desired shapes and serve chilled.
