Ingredients

  • 1 block Konnyaku cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Boil konnyaku for 5 minutes to remove any bitterness. Drain well.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add konnyaku and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Cook until the liquid is mostly evaporated.
  5. 5. Serve warm.
