Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 200 g Ground Beef
  • 1 pcs Onion finely chopped
  • 1 pcs Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Mix the mashed potatoes, cooked beef, and onions together. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties. Dredge each patty in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
