Ingredients 

Dough

  • 200 g All-purpose flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 ml Water

Filling

  • 200 g Red bean paste

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Divide dough into small balls and flatten them.
  4. Place a spoonful of red bean paste in the center of each flattened dough.
  5. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Steam the manju for 10-15 minutes.
