Mentaiko Pasta Recipe
A simple and delicious Japanese pasta dish featuring spicy cod roe.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 pieces Mentaiko (spicy cod roe) remove the roe from the sac
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Nori (seaweed) for garnish
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions for garnish
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mentaiko and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce and olive oil to the pan. Stir well to combine.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
5. Serve the pasta in bowls. Garnish with chopped nori and green onions.
