Mitsuba (Japanese Parsley) Recipe
A simple and fresh recipe using Mitsuba, a Japanese parsley.

- 1 bunch Mitsuba washed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Blanch the Mitsuba for 30 seconds.
3. Drain and rinse under cold water.
4. Squeeze out excess water and chop.
5. Mix with soy sauce and sesame oil.
