  • 1 bunch Mitsuba washed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. 2. Blanch the Mitsuba for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. 4. Squeeze out excess water and chop.
  5. 5. Mix with soy sauce and sesame oil.
