  • 2 cups Glutinous rice
  • 1 cup Sweet azuki bean paste
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. Cook the rice in a rice cooker with the appropriate amount of water.
  3. 3. Once the rice is cooked, let it cool slightly and then mix in the salt.
  4. 4. Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking, take a small amount of rice, and form it into an oval shape.
  5. 5. Flatten the rice slightly and place a spoonful of sweet azuki bean paste in the center.
  6. 6. Wrap the rice around the bean paste, ensuring it is completely covered.
  7. 7. Repeat with the remaining rice and bean paste.
  8. 8. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
