  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and dry the shiso leaves.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add shiso leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce and sugar, stir well.
  6. 6. Serve warm as a side dish.
