Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork ribs cut into pieces
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cups Water
1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the pork ribs. Cook until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the soy sauce, sake, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
4. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
