Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup mirin
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup dashi
  • 1 block tofu cut into cubes
  • ½ lb shirataki noodles
  • 1 bunch green onions cut into 2-inch pieces
  • ½ lb mushrooms sliced
  • ½ head napa cabbage chopped
  • 2 eggs optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and dashi in a bowl.
  2. 2. Heat a hot pot and add the beef slices. Cook until browned.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce mixture into the pot.
  4. 4. Add tofu, shirataki noodles, green onions, mushrooms, and napa cabbage.
  5. 5. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Optionally, dip cooked ingredients in raw beaten egg before eating.
