Batter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- ½ cup sweet red bean paste
1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar.
2. Add milk and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
3. Preheat the Taiyaki pan and lightly grease it.
4. Pour batter into one side of the mold, add a spoonful of red bean paste, and cover with more batter.
5. Close the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Remove from pan and serve warm.
