Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, ice-cold water, and beaten egg. Mix lightly to create the tempura batter. Do not overmix.

Dip the shrimp and vegetables into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
Carefully place the battered shrimp and vegetables into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
