Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dashi stock
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Combine dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
