Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried wakame soaked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.
  3. 3. Add the wakame to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
