Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Udon noodles fresh or frozen
  • 100 g Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 1 Bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add carrot and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Add cooked udon noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. 6. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Serve hot.
